About this inspiring event

The beautiful season of Spring is a time to move away from the inner solace of Winter and move outward with renewed energy and vigor.

Renewal is all around us as Springs energy starts to take hold but unless we learn to move within her rhythms and contain our energy we can become frustrated and depleted.

Shakti is the Sanskrit word for energy and during this afternoon we will explore and experience
traditonal practices from the East
** Including **

 Qigong
cultivating energy through breath & movement

& Yogic practices such as ..

Mantra Meditation
repetition of sacred sound

Kirtan
heart based mantras to live guitar & harmonium

Havan
traditional, sacred flower ceremony

** Please note  **
We have no expectations of you

Participate in all, some or just immerse yourself in the vibrations and just breathe … it’s up to you!
