‘October Yoga Workshops for Children’

Lillian yoga tales

 

When – Saturday, 8th October

Where – Katoomba, Blue Mountains 

Civic Centre Arcade

(between Katoomba St & Coles – Old Katoomba Library)

‘Yoga Tales’ – (for ages 2 – 4 yrs  incl. parent)

9.30 – 10.30 am

  • 1/2 hr of ‘Yummy Yoga’ fun with your child  –

Classes appropriate for ‘little ones’ who can follow some direction. Yoga will be taught naturally using play & imitation as the children explore their bodies & breath with you in this creative, nurturing environment.

  • 1/2 hr of ‘Mummy (or Daddy) Yoga’  –

Take this rare opportunity to re-energise & re-charge whilst Rhiannon (the most adored baby sitter in the universe) watches over the children in the next room.

  • Cost – $20 for 1 adult / 1 child  (additional child $10)

Please note – Although Rhiannon will do all possible to support your child in the adjoining room, your child is still your responsibility at all times.

 

ruby‘Yoga Groove Jnr’ – (for ages 5 – 8yrs)

10.45 – 11.45 am

  • Classes appropriate for the ‘almost big kids’ who are happy to attend without an adult. We will enjoy playing with yoga in a fun, supportive environment whilst the big people have the choice to play in a local cafe on Katoomba St or perhaps just in the next room ..
  • Cost – $20 / child  (additional sibling $10)

 

 

 

 

‘Yoga Groove Snr’ family-yoga-photos-2– (for ages 9 – 12yrs)

12.00 – 1.00 pm

  • Classes appropriate for the ‘big kids’ who are ready to learn how to support their physical, mental & emotional health & definitely do not need a parent any where near them! .. Time for those big adults to do whatever they like … (Leura Spring Fair is on just down the road)
  • Cost – $20 / child  (additional sibling $10)

  • payment is required at the time of booking
  • cancellation within 14 days – no refund – although credits will be issued for the full amount
  • cancellation within 24 hrs – credits issued for 50% unless deemed a ‘no show’ & then no credit given

(credits can be used for future workshops, yoga classes or clinic consultations with Stephen at Eastern Medicine, Penrith Clinic)
