In a supportive and creative environment we will focus on physical postures, breath awareness and relaxation techniques to help children learn to release physical and mental tensions that are a by-product of living in this overly stimulated, stressful age. All children are celebrated for who they are rather than what they can do!

(contact Kate for bookings & inquiries)

**Please make sure your child has only a light snack after school before coming to yoga & pack a water bottle. They need to dress in comfortable clothing with a jacket or light blanket for relaxation.
