Regularity

Yoga does not have to be practiced for long durations to get benefits.
What is important is the regularity. Five minutes of gentle practise each day is better than two hours of hard core practise each week.

Yoga is a path, a step by step approach, that when done with regularity leads to a healthier, happier and more fulfilling life.
