Adult Yoga (all levels) Our classes are tailored to cater for the needs of each student. They are designed to offer safe modifications or variations within the practices depending on the needs and capabilities of each individual. Kate teaches ‘self awareness’ through‘ introspective observation’. This enables each individual to tune into their own practice as a ‘witness’ or ‘silent observer’, therefore learning to recognise what the body needs at each given moment.
